When a prospective customer hears about your business one of the first places they do pre-research on you is they look for your website on Google. A website that is not mobile friendly, disorganized, or looks out of date is going to push your potential customers toward another business more than it is to convert them into actual customers for you. According to Google, 61% percent of potential customers will leave a website they have trouble using on a mobile device and 40% percent go to a competitors site instead. Your website has to be more than just a collection of pages with information on them. It has to be an online sales funnel that is designed to convert leads into paying customers.
